Husband and wife team, Mike Dell’Aquila and Sarah Real, are award-winning homebrewers who after 14 years of living in New York City, brought their dream of opening a brewery to North Street. After the gas in their condo was turned off and they had to cook and brew on a hot plate they decided to name the brewery after the symbol of their perseverance.
