Beer: Instruction to Slay Mixed Fermentation Ale with Elderflower

Event: Berkshire Concert Choir Performance (4pm)

Inspired by the writings of Zosimos of Panopolis, the first author to ever write about alchemy, this mixed fermentation ale features an intoxicating mix of yeast strains along with Brettanomyces, which adds a bit of tartness without being too overpowering. Joining us to celebrate this beer’s debut will be the Berkshire Concert Choir, whose participation in our 10×10 celebrations has become an annual event.

Every year, in honor of Pittsfield’s 10×10 Upstreet Arts Festival, we release 10 small batch beers with 10 corresponding launch parties. This year, we’ve teamed up with local artist Cara Betti for this year’s design, and we’ve got a great lineup of special beers and events.
