Join the City of Pittsfield’s Parks and Recreation Department for their 3^rd annual Winter Festival at Clapp Park! This is a free, family-friendly outdoor event that will include a cardboard sled design contest along with races, a snow sculpture building contest, snowshoeing, carnival-themed games, and more!
