Traditional West African Dance at Wander from 6:30-7:30 taught by Noel Staples-Freeman
Join us for the second annual Wandering Dance Festival which will take place November 17-23, 2024. This vibrant, week-long celebration of movement, rhythm, and culture invites individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to participate. Held throughout downtown Pittsfield, the festival will showcase a diverse array of dance styles, including contemporary, hip-hop, swing and salsa, providing a rich tapestry of artistic expression.
Festival attendees can take part in free workshops, learn from esteemed choreographers, and showcase their own talents during open dance sessions. The aim of the festival is to strengthen community bonds and inspire connections among neighbors and newcomers alike as they unite in the joy of dance – a universal language of expression.
