Acclaimed pianist and vocalist Billy Stritch returns to Barrington Stage with an all-new performance. A legendary presence in the world of entertainment, Stritch brings more than 40 years of experience as a celebrated solo artist, a longtime accompanist to icons such as Liza Minnelli, Tony Bennett, and Linda Eder, and a successful songwriter—best known for “Does He Love You,” recorded by Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton. His remarkable career has taken him to top venues around the world, from Carnegie Hall to London’s Royal Albert Hall and New York’s famed Birdland Jazz Club.
Titled All For You, the show highlights Stritch’s signature blend of Broadway and film favorites, Brazilian bossa nova, and selections from the Great American Songbook. The program features music by legendary composers including the Gershwins, Django Reinhardt, Dave Frishberg, and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
