Event Schedule:
6:00 PM – Social Hour, Charcuterie Board & Silent Auction
7:00 – Dinner Service – Starting with a Berry Salad served with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Choose your meal at the time you purchase your ticket. Your options are:
• Filet Mignon topped with garlic herb butter. Served with
fingerling potatoes and fresh green beans
• Pan Seared Salmon lightly seasoned and topped with lemon
dill sauce, served with basmati rice and green beans
• Baked Stuffed Chicken with goat cheese, cranberry stuffing.
Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and green beans
• Quinoa with assorted roasted vegetable sautéed in a garlic
olive oil
