Community Education Workshop Refund Policy: If you withdraw at least one week before the first meeting, you will receive a 100% refund less a $15 processing fee. No refund is given for withdrawals made less than one week before the course starts. If BCC cancels a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees.
