Robert Markey and Peter Vacchina will be back at it again! Creating an ice sculpture in Palace Park on North Street as a part of Pittsfield’s 14th Annual 10×10 Upstreet Arts Festival. Come watch them use power tools and chisels to create this fun winter display!
