We invite Berkshire County women artists to submit work for WOMEN IN ART, a group exhibition celebrating the creativity, perspectives, and voices of women working across all media.
This exhibition aims to highlight the diversity of women’s artistic practices—bold or subtle, experimental or traditional. Artists at all stages of their careers are encouraged to apply. The group exhibition will be held in March at the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts in downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts. WOMEN IN ART is presented by the City of Pittsfield’s Office of Cultural Development. The Lichtenstein Center for the Arts is a municipally owned community arts center in downtown Pittsfield. Located at 28 Renne Avenue, off Fenn Street, it features a gallery with changing exhibits and a variety of performances, nine individual artist studios, and workshop spaces. Classes in ceramics and African drumming are offered.
