DESCRIPTION:Each group will be given a score sheet for each round and a pen. They will have to write their group names at the top of the score sheet. While the questions are being call for each round groups must put their cell phones away or face down in the middle of the table.Any group caught using electronic devices to cheat will be disqualified. There are six rounds of the game with 5 questions in each round which are worth one point each. The game ends with a bonus round with one question worth 5 points. In the event of a tie there will be addition rounds to act as a tie breaker.The categories of the questions can rotate weekly by will include things like arts and entertainment\, history\, sports\, literature\, geography\, etc

DESCRIPTION:The Pittsfield 4th of July Parade has an historic reputation dating back to 1824. \nThis year’s event is themed “Young at Heart\,” and it will have more than 100 units\, including over a dozen floats\, several musical and dance performances\, and other elements that celebrate the community’s youth. \nA long-beloved tradition\, it kicks off on July 4 at 10 a.m. on the dot and proceeds through the downtown. \n“It is a lot of work\, but we have a great team\,” Parade Committee President Rebecca Brien said during Pittsfield Community Television‘s “Parade in Preview” program on Wednesday night. \nPCTV’s Executive Director Shawn Serre said\, “Really\, nothing tops the Pittsfield Fourth of July parade.” \nPittsfield native Madison Quinn was named the Grand Marshal for her leadership of the non-profit organization Strong Little Souls\, which she founded at the age of 13.  SLS provides care packages\, meals\, toys\, and reading materials to young patients while advocating for pediatric cancer research. \nThe parade is preceded by the annual 4th of July 5K run on the parade route. \nClick here for more information.

DESCRIPTION:Cold Chocolate is a genre-bending Americana band that fuses folk\, funk and bluegrass to create a unique sound all their own. Led by Ethan Robbins (vocals/guitar/mandolin) and Ariel Bernstein  (vocals/percussion/banjo)\, the Boston-based duo released their fifth full-length album in the fall of 2023. “We’re growing as a band\, and I think that shows in our songwriting\,” says Robbins. “I see this album as a leaping off point for many more new albums to come\, and that’s an exciting prospect\,” adds Bernstein. \nPunctuated by tight harmonies and skillful musicianship\, Cold Chocolate has quickly gained recognition for their original music and high-energy shows.
