DESCRIPTION:Beer: A Garden You Never See Saison \nEvent: Red Shirt Farm Seed Share (7pm) \nSaisons are our favorite styles of beer. Born out of a brewing tradition started by Belgian farmers\, this style offers the most range and opportunity to experiment with a variety of ingredients. This a big reason why we brew a different saison for each 10×10. For this year’s batch\, we incorporated a giant squash from Red Shirt Farm\, who will be joining us for a seed share and to talk more about their farm\, new farm store\, and more. \nEvery year\, in honor of Pittsfield’s 10×10 Upstreet Arts Festival\, we release 10 small batch beers with 10 corresponding launch parties. This year\, we’ve teamed up with local artist Cara Betti for this year’s design\, and we’ve got a great lineup of special beers and events.
